IT Concept: CDN (Content Delivery Network)
Geographically distributed network of proxy servers caching content close to end users for faster delivery.
CDN (Content Delivery Network) — A globally distributed network of edge servers that cache static assets (images, CSS, JS, videos) close to users. Reduces latency, offloads origin servers, and absorbs traffic spikes. Popular providers: Cloudflare, Fastly, CloudFront, Bunny.net. Modern CDNs also provide DDoS protection, WAF, and edge compute.
