Loyalty Program Terms & Conditions

1. Program Overview
The Dargslan Loyalty Rewards Program ("Program") is a points-based rewards system operated by Dargslan ("we", "us", "our"). The Program allows registered customers to earn points through qualifying activities and redeem those points for discount coupons applicable to future purchases on dargslan.com.
By participating in the Program, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, which supplement our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
2. Eligibility & Enrollment
- The Program is open to all registered customers of Dargslan with a verified email address.
- Enrollment is automatic upon account creation. No separate registration is required.
- Each customer may have only one loyalty account. Creating multiple accounts to earn additional points is prohibited and may result in account suspension.
- You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to participate.
- The Program is available to customers worldwide, subject to applicable local laws.
3. Earning Points
Points may be earned through the following qualifying activities:

Note: Points are awarded automatically upon completion of the qualifying activity. Purchase points are credited when payment is successfully processed. Review points are credited upon submission. Referral points are credited when the referred customer completes their first purchase.
3.1 Point Calculation
Purchase points are calculated on the total payment amount (in euros) received, rounded down to the nearest whole number. For example, a purchase of €14.99 earns 14 points.
3.2 Non-Qualifying Transactions
The following do not earn points:
- Gift card purchases (the recipient earns points when redeeming)
- Transactions that are subsequently refunded or charged back
- Points earned through fraudulent or abusive activity
4. Membership Tiers
The Program features four membership tiers based on total lifetime points earned:

4.1 Tier Progression
Your tier is determined by your total lifetime points earned (not your current balance). Tier upgrades take effect immediately upon reaching the required threshold. Tier bonuses apply to all future point-earning activities.
4.2 Tier Reassessment
If points are deducted due to a refund, your tier may be reassessed. If your adjusted lifetime total falls below a tier threshold, your tier will be recalculated accordingly.
5. Redeeming Points
Points may be redeemed for discount coupons through your Loyalty Rewards dashboard:

5.1 Coupon Terms
- Redeemed coupons are valid for 90 days from the date of redemption.
- Each coupon can be used once on a single order.
- Coupons are non-transferable and tied to your account.
- Only one coupon code may be applied per order.
- Coupons cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded.
- Expired coupons cannot be renewed; the redeemed points are not refunded.
5.2 Minimum Redemption
The minimum redemption is 100 points. Points cannot be partially redeemed outside of the defined reward tiers.
6. Refunds & Point Adjustments
If a purchase is refunded (in whole or in part), the corresponding loyalty points earned from that purchase may be deducted from your account balance. If your balance is insufficient to cover the deduction, it may result in a negative adjustment applied to future earnings.
7. Point Expiration
Points do not expire as long as your account remains active. If your account is deleted or suspended, any accumulated points will be forfeited.
8. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are prohibited and may result in point forfeiture, account suspension, or termination from the Program:
- Creating multiple accounts to earn additional points
- Submitting fraudulent reviews or spam content to earn review points
- Self-referral or circular referral schemes
- Attempting to manipulate or exploit the points system
- Purchasing items solely to earn points with the intention of requesting a refund
- Sharing or selling loyalty coupons to third parties
9. Data & Privacy
Participation in the Program requires us to process certain personal data, including your purchase history, review activity, and referral activity. This data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws (including GDPR).
You may request access to, rectification of, or deletion of your loyalty data at any time through our Data Protection page. Deleting your loyalty data will result in forfeiture of all accumulated points.
10. Program Modifications
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time, with or without notice. Changes may include:
- Adjusting point earning rates or redemption values
- Adding, removing, or modifying tiers and tier thresholds
- Changing available rewards or introducing new reward types
- Introducing point expiration policies
In the event of Program termination, we will provide at least 30 days' notice and allow members to redeem accumulated points during the notice period.
11. Liability
Points and rewards have no cash value and do not constitute property, currency, or a financial instrument. We are not liable for any loss arising from the inability to use points or rewards, except as required by applicable law.
