Subscription Terms

These terms apply to the Dargslan eBook subscription, also called Dargslan Unlimited. They supplement our Terms of Service and Refund Policy. The seller's identity and contact details are available in our Impressum. Mandatory consumer rights always take precedence.
1. Plans, prices and automatic renewal
- Monthly: €12.99 charged at purchase and automatically every month until cancelled.
- Yearly: €99 charged upfront at purchase and automatically every year until cancelled. The €8.25 monthly equivalent is a comparison only, not a monthly payment option.
- Prices are in EUR and include applicable taxes. Payments and recurring billing are processed by Stripe.
Your payment obligation is confirmed at Stripe Checkout. Your account and billing portal show your subscription status and renewal date. Failed payments may be retried; subscription access depends on its active status. We will notify you in advance of material changes affecting an ongoing subscription, including price changes, and allow cancellation before an affected renewal. Changes do not retroactively alter a paid period; any consent required by law will be obtained.
2. Included eBooks and download limits
You may choose up to 10 distinct eBooks per calendar month from the available subscription catalog. The quota resets on the first day of each calendar month, not on your billing anniversary. Unused downloads do not roll over.
Downloading the same book again in the same calendar month does not use another distinct-book slot. Re-downloading it in a later month uses that month's quota. A separate limit of 30 download events per day includes repeat downloads and different formats.
Only the PDF and/or EPUB formats available for the selected book are included. Separately priced extras, source-code ZIP add-ons and other paid supplementary products are excluded unless explicitly stated otherwise. “Unlimited” is a product name, not a promise of unlimited downloads. Annual billing does not increase the monthly or daily limits or guarantee a particular yearly book total.
3. Personal use and retained copies
Downloaded eBooks are licensed for your personal educational use. You may keep lawfully downloaded copies after the subscription ends. You may not share, redistribute, resell or upload them to file-sharing services, or use them for commercial training without a separate licence.
Keeping a downloaded copy does not give perpetual access to download it again from our servers. Subscription downloads require an active subscription and remain subject to the applicable limits.
4. Cancelling future renewals
Open My Subscription, select Manage Billing / Cancel, then complete and confirm cancellation in the Stripe billing portal before the next renewal. Merely clicking the button or opening the portal does not cancel the subscription.
Once recorded, your account shows that cancellation is scheduled. Access continues until the end of the paid period, subject to the same download limits. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not automatically refund a payment already taken. If cancellation cannot be completed, contact support promptly.
5. Digital content, early supply and withdrawal
EU consumers generally have a 14-day withdrawal period for distance contracts, subject to applicable law. Before payment, the new subscription checkout requires separate, unchecked confirmations accepting the subscription terms and expressly consenting to early supply of digital eBooks with acknowledgment of the digital-content withdrawal exception.
Where all legal requirements are met, including prior express consent, acknowledgment and the required confirmation, supply beginning with an eBook download ends the withdrawal right for that digital content. We do not offer a voluntary change-of-mind refund for downloaded eBooks.
This does not remove rights concerning defective or non-conforming content, incorrect charges or cancellation of future renewals. It is not an automatic blanket waiver covering all future subscription services. Older subscriptions without the recorded acknowledgment are not treated as having given it.
To exercise an applicable withdrawal right or report a problem, send a clear request through our contact page or to support@dargslan.com, identifying your purchase. See the Refund Policy for the applicable process. Cancellation of renewal and a withdrawal or refund request are separate actions.
6. Agreement confirmation and records
For purchases made through the current acceptance form, we record the selected plan, accepted wording, policy copies, version and acceptance time. A confirmation copy is emailed after activation and the recorded agreement is available in your account. Retain that copy for your records.
Download and billing events may be recorded to administer the subscription and resolve disputes. A server delivery-start record does not prove that your device completed saving the file. See our Privacy Policy for information about personal data.
