Frequently Asked Questions
You can download up to 10 distinct books each calendar month. The quota resets on the 1st, with no rollover of unused selections. Re-downloading a book selected in the same month does not use another distinct-book selection, but every download, including repeats and different formats, counts toward the daily limit of 30 download events. A book downloaded in a previous month counts as a selection again when downloaded in a new month.
Yes. Open subscription management from your account, then complete and confirm cancellation in the Stripe billing portal. Opening the portal alone does not cancel your subscription. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the paid period, subject to the same limits. It does not itself request a refund or exercise a right of withdrawal. See the Refund Policy or contact us for those requests.
You may retain downloaded copies for personal use after cancellation. You may not share, redistribute or resell them. This is not perpetual download access: subscription downloads require an active subscription.
You can download PDF and/or EPUB only where the format is available for the selected book. Not every book has both formats. Separately priced extras, including paid supplementary products, are excluded from the subscription.
